Fall Update

After our cool spell in August, we have been enjoying wonderful fall weather.  The aspen trees are in full glory this week.

With just a month left before our winter season officially begins, we encourage anyone who has not yet finalized thier winter services to contact us right away.

The Farmer’s Almanac is forecasting another great winter for us — above average precipitation and below average temperatures.

First Snow of the Season

Today marks the first snow of the season.  Snow levels were down to around 11,000 feet.

From traffic, it looks like quite a few of our Front Range visitors are enjoying a cool respite from the 90+ degree weather they have been having.

We’ll be watching for the first yellow aspen leaves after today.   We’re hoping for one more 4-wheeling trip into the back country before we settle in for the winter.
